We recently told you about the Dutch National Police project to use birds of prey to take down enemy drones.
Well, Jonny Ames captured some pretty amazing point-of-view images of a falcon taking out his drone during a training session. The bird wasn’t exactly supposed to take down the drone, though.
“This happened last summer was lure training but my crazy falcon grabbed the drone instead,” Ames wrote on Facebook Monday.
Both the bird and the drone came out of the ordeal just fine, he explained.
