Pooches Pilfered: Three Great Danes dognapped in northern Alberta

Who does this?

A trio of certified purebred dogs worth about $15,000 were snatched from a home in Cold Lake, Alberta last month.

RCMP are only alerting the public to the theft now as concern grows for the whereabout of Sheldon, Honey Bee and Sherlock.

They are quite distinctive. And large.

Someone crept into the family’s home and took the dogs on Sept. 19.

“Cold Lake RCMP continue to investigate this theft and are asking the public’s support to assist with this investigation,” police said in a statement.

Honey Bee is a spayed, fawn-coloured female. RCMP/Handout

All the dogs have cropped ears and are quite used to being around people.
