Meatless Monday: Moby donates 100% of proceeds from new album to animal rights groups

Singer Moby is known for his activism and with his newest album, he’s donating all the proceeds to animal rights groups.

The artist, who’s known for his electronic music, has already opened up a vegan restaurant in California called The Little Pine bistro. All the money from the restaurant goes towards the Humane Society, PETA, Sea Shepherd, Farm Sanctuary, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

The new album will also give all the proceeds to animal rights groups.

The album comes out Friday, and 100% of the profits; from streaming, sales, licensing, publishing, and live shows, are going to #animalrights organizations. Animal rights are more important to me than any small, selfish concerns I might have.
