Kittens left abandoned in motorhome for five weeks with no food or water

The SPCA in B.C. have found three cats abandoned in a motorhome.

The three cats, shivering, starving and alone were left in the home. A fourth kitten was located underneath the trailer and had to be euthanized.

The three other cats are now in shelter, being treated for the chronic effects of prolonged dehydration and starvation, according to Eileen Drever of the SPCA.

We aren’t sure if they are going to survive, but are doing everything we can for them.

It looks like these cats may have been living alone, locked in that motorhome, for more than five weeks. They survived by licking moisture from the ice that had formed inside the freezing cold space. There was no food or water to be found.
